The services include post sales warranty support, for which RISPL has back to back arrangements with principals facility management services, Network design and implementation, product selection services, estimation and sizing of configuration required by customers for their applications and security and messaging setup and maintenance services.

The products and services that RISPL markets stretch from computers to consumables, from networking equipment to notebooks and from Installation and other services to large scale Networking & Software Solution. The company focuses on vertical market segments comprising primarily large and small businesses and other segments like education, Government, Banks and financial Institutes etc. In short the RISPL is one stop shop for IT products and its solution and services

Royal Info Solutions Private Limited  started operation in August’ 2012. The primary business of company is direct marketing of IT products and services to Business Market in NCR. The company has good team that focuses on the opportunity of distributing IT products to its customers. The RISPL sales staff is very well trained on different products and technologies. The main objective of company has been to undertake direct marketing of range of high technology products. These products include but are not limited to computer Hardware, Software, Peripherals, Memory modules and other accessories. To services the complex needs of its customers, The Company has developed a competent and qualified team of professionals. The services revenues come from AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) contracts for providing services like services, Network design and the sales of add-on products and options etc. This team also handles the products sale and business relationships with all the Networking companies.

The small medium business appreciates this unique positions and corporate who rely on RISPL for all their products needs .After the sale, The company continues the direct relationship by establishing account support teams who implement the customers’ purchases and even operate the same through a separate facility management contract. This ensures additional business to RISPL besides higher customer satisfaction and a customer lock-in for future business. The Company also establishes direct relationship with small to medium businesses and individuals, through account representatives, telephone sales representatives or internet contact.
